At Beyond Healthcare, we believe in providing highly personalized care to heal the mind, body, and spirit. We help adolescents and families to work through challenges associated with many mental health concerns.
We know modern families have more moving pieces than ever. With work, school, household responsibilities, afterschool programs, and community sports, we know families need flexibility in scheduling. To that end, we offer weekend appointments and the ability to meet at our center, in your home, in your community, or online. If your adolescent is struggling with behavioral or mental health issues, we can help. Reach out to us online or by calling 833.698.0453. We accept Medicaid and private insurance.
Our goal is to provide specialized outpatient treatment that doesn’t cause too much disruption in your family, school, or personal life. An outpatient setting can be ideal for care after a residential or inpatient stay. We also offer programs incorporating tutoring and education so adolescents can get the treatment they need without getting behind on their school work. Our premier group programs are:
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Six hours a day – Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), also called “Day Treatment”
Three hours a day – Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 4 p.m.- 7 p.m.
Our Mental Health Therapies
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Therapists help participants identify unhealthy patterns of behavior and change the ways they think and respond to difficult situations.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
We help adolescents and teens learn to regulate their emotions, respond to stress in healthy ways, and develop stronger relationships with others.
Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET)
Adolescents and teens find the inner strength they need to make changes in their behaviors. This can be especially helpful for those who are in recovery from substance abuse.
We use the skills and abilities that our participants already have to help them learn how to face challenges and navigate difficult situations.
Learners are led to look inward to practice distinguishing between thoughts and emotions. Adolescents are encouraged to identify the triggers that make them vulnerable and change their emotional responses to future stressful situations.
We help the adolescents and teens in our programs replace unhealthy actions and behaviors with ones that lead to positive outcomes.
This approach uses movement to help adolescents and teens learn more about themselves and develop new habits. Some of the activities involved in this approach include:
